Welcome to FurnEasy. By renting any product from our platform, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Rental Policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.
2. Rental Tenure
- Available rental plans: 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
- Early returns are allowed but rental charges for the selected tenure may still apply (refer Refund Policy).
3. Delivery & Installation
- Delivery, installation, and pickup are 100% free.
- Delivery timelines depend on product availability and customer location.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
4. Security Deposit
- Some products may require a refundable security deposit.
- Deposit is refunded after pickup and quality inspection.
- Deductions may apply in case of damage, missing parts, or heavy wear & tear.
5. Product Usage
- Products must be used responsibly and kept in good condition.
- Do not modify, relocate (to a different address), paint, drill, or alter the product.
- The product must remain accessible at the time of pickup.
6. Damage & Maintenance
- Minor wear & tear is acceptable.
- Any physical damage, stains, breakage, or missing parts may incur charges.
- FurnEasy handles regular maintenance—customers are requested to notify us of any issues.
7. Product Swap / Upgrade
- Customers may request a product swap or upgrade (fees may apply).
- Swap availability depends on stock.
8. Pickup & Return
- At the end of the tenure, products must be returned in the same condition (fair use acceptable).
- Scheduled pickup must be honored; repeated rescheduling may incur charges.
