1. Order Cancellation (Before Delivery)

  • Orders may be cancelled before delivery for a full refund.
  • If the product is already out for delivery, a visit/cancellation fee may apply.

2. Refund of Security Deposit

  • Security deposits are refunded within 3–7 working days after pickup and inspection.
  • Deductions may be made for damage, deep stains, missing accessories, or mishandling.

3. Early Return Policy

  • Customers may return products early; however:
    • Rental charges for the selected tenure are non-refundable, unless approved under exceptional cases.
    • Deposit will be refunded after inspection (adjusted for damages, if any).

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective:
    • FurnEasy will replace it free of cost.
    • If replacement is not available, rental will be paused and refund will be initiated.

5. Failed Delivery Attempt

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:
    • Re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are processed via original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer).
  • Processing time: 3–7 working days.
